8 oz (225g) pasta (penne or fusilli recommended)

1 block (8 oz) feta cheese

1 pint cherry tomatoes

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Grated parmesan cheese (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Baking Dish: In a large baking dish, add the cherry tomatoes and place the block of feta cheese in the center. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle the minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper evenly over everything.
