Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup fresh cilantro (optional)

Sour cream and salsa for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and sautéed garlic. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place an equal portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, followed by a handful of fresh spinach leaves, diced tomatoes, and cilantro if using.

        Fold in the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll it up from the bottom to the top to form a wrap. Ensure the filling is tightly enclosed.

          Wipe the skillet clean with a paper towel and return it to medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

            Remove the wraps from the skillet, cut them in half, and serve warm with sour cream and salsa on the side.
