Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Olive oil, for brushing

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and creamy.

    Lay Out Tortillas: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla on the skillet for about 30 seconds to warm it slightly, making it easier to roll.

      Assemble the Wraps: Remove the tortilla from the skillet and place it on a flat surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla. Top with fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes (if using).

        Roll the Tortilla: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, like a burrito. Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and filling mixture.

          Toast the Wraps: Brush the outer sides of each wrap lightly with olive oil. Return the skillet to medium heat and place the wraps seam-side down. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

            Serve: Once toasted, slice the wraps in half and serve hot. You can pair them with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
