Ingredients

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup ranch dressing (optional)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until it is fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it into thin strips.

Make the Cheese Mixture: In a bowl, mix the shredded mozzarella cheese and softened cream cheese together until well combined. This will create a creamy, cheesy layer for the wraps.

Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center of each tortilla. Next, place the cooked chicken strips on top, followed by fresh spinach leaves and diced tomatoes.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll the tortilla from the bottom up to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat with the second tortilla.

Grill the Wraps: Wipe out the skillet and place it back on medium heat. Add the wrapped tortillas seam-side down and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. You can press down gently with a spatula for even grilling.

Serve & Enjoy: Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice in half, drizzle with ranch dressing if desired, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
