Ingredients

1 package (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 cup cooked ground beef (seasoned with taco seasoning)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup refried beans

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Cooking spray

Salsa for dipping

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Unroll the crescent roll dough and carefully separate it into triangles along the perforated lines. Lay each triangle flat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spread a thin layer of refried beans on each crescent triangle.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, sliced olives, and half of the chopped green onions. Spoon a generous amount of the mixture onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.

Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the filling.

Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle tightly towards the tip, sealing in the filling as you go. Position each taco stick with the tip side down to prevent it from unrolling during baking.

Lightly spray the tops of the taco sticks with cooking spray for a golden finish.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with the remaining green onions and cilantro, if desired.

Serve warm with salsa for dipping.
