Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded (or sliced)

4 large whole wheat tortillas

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (homemade or store-bought)

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup croutons (optional, for crunch)

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the Caesar dressing. Toss until the chicken is fully coated.

    Add the chopped romaine lettuce, and continue to toss to combine. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese and mix gently.

      If using, toss in the cherry tomatoes and croutons for added flavor and texture.

        Lay one whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place about 1/4 of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center of the tortilla.

          Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas and filling.

            If desired, slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier eating. Serve with lemon wedges on the side for a zesty flavor boost.
