1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 oz (225g) rotini pasta

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions
 

Cook the Rotini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
