Ingredients

12 slider rolls (preferably Hawaiian or dinner rolls)

1 lb thinly sliced roast beef

1 cup provolone cheese (sliced)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme combination)

1 cup beef broth (for dipping)

Freshly cracked black pepper (to taste)

Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Sliders: In a bowl, combine the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, and a pinch of black pepper. Stir well.

Slice the Rolls: Cut the entire pack of slider rolls in half horizontally while keeping them connected.

Assemble the Sliders: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Layer the sliced roast beef generously over the bottom half, followed by the slices of provolone cheese. Finally, place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.

Brush with Mixture: Brush the prepared butter and herb mixture evenly over the top of the slider rolls.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

Prepare the Dipping Broth: While the sliders bake, heat the beef broth in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.

Serve: Once sliders are golden, remove them from the oven. Slice into individual sliders if desired, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve with warm beef broth for dipping.
