Fiery Chicken Ramen with Creamy Garlic Sauce

2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs, diced

2 packs of instant ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packets)

4 cups chicken broth

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha (adjust to taste)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 cup bok choy, chopped

1 carrot, julienned

2 green onions, sliced

2 tablespoons of fresh cilantro, chopped

½ cup heavy cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Red pepper flakes for extra heat

Prepare the Chicken: In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken thighs and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

    Make the Broth: In the same pot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth along with soy sauce and Sriracha. Bring it to a gentle simmer.

      Cook the Noodles: Add the ramen noodles to the simmering broth and cook according to package instructions, usually around 3-4 minutes.

        Add Vegetables: When the noodles are almost done, stir in the bok choy, carrot, and cooked chicken, letting them warm through for about 2 minutes.

          Prepare Creamy Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and sesame oil. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. If you want it spicier, add some red pepper flakes.
