2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, or lettuce)

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup avocado, sliced

Your choice of dressing (ranch, vinaigrette, or yogurt-based dressing)

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes (or longer for better flavor).

    Preheat the Grill: Preheat your outdoor or indoor grill to medium-high heat.

      Grill the Chicken: Place the marinated chicken breasts on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
