Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

4 large flour tortillas

4 slices American cheese

1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce

1/2 cup diced pickles

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup diced onions

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Special Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp ketchup

1 tbsp yellow mustard

1 tbsp white vinegar

1 tbsp diced pickles (or relish)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Make the Special Sauce: In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, white vinegar, diced pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.

Prepare the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Break it apart with a spatula and add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Assemble the Wraps: Place a large tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of special sauce on the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef in the center.

Add Toppings: Layer a slice of American cheese on top of the beef, followed by shredded iceberg lettuce, diced pickles, diced tomatoes, and diced onions.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Optional Toasting: If you like a crispier wrap, place the filled wraps seam-side down in the skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if desired. Enjoy with extra special sauce on the side for dipping!
