Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless

1/4 cup honey

2 tablespoons sriracha (adjust for heat preference)

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil until well combined.

Marinate the Salmon: Cut the salmon into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper. Add the salmon pieces to the marinade, tossing to coat them evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 hour for enhanced flavor.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Bake the Salmon: Spread the marinated salmon bites on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Drizzle any remaining marinade over the top for extra flavor. Serve hot as an appetizer or over a bed of rice for a main dish.
