Ingredients

1 tube of refrigerated croissant dough

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup of sliced pepperoni

1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Unroll the croissant dough on a clean surface and separate the triangles.

In a bowl, mix together the shredded mozzarella, sliced pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until well combined.

Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the mozzarella and pepperoni mixture at the wide end of each croissant triangle.

Starting from the wide end, roll each triangle up tightly to form a croissant shape. Pinch the edges to seal.

Beat the egg in a small bowl and brush the tops of the croissant rolls with the egg wash for a golden finish.

Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced a bit apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
