Ingredients

2 ripe peaches, diced (fresh or frozen)

1 banana, sliced (fresh or frozen)

1 cup spinach (optional for added nutrition)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)

1/2 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings:

Sliced peaches

Granola

Chia seeds

Shredded coconut

Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

In a blender, combine the diced peaches, banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (if using), and vanilla extract.

Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey or maple syrup.

Pour the smoothie mixture into serving bowls.

Arrange your toppings: add sliced peaches, a sprinkling of granola, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and mint leaves on top of the smoothie bowls for a gorgeous presentation.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Peach Smoothie Bowl!
