Ingredients

1 bottle (750ml) of dry white wine (like Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)

1 cup coconut rum

2 cups pineapple juice

1 cup soda water (or lemon-lime soda for sweetness)

1 cup fresh pineapple chunks

1 cup sliced strawberries

1/2 cup blueberries

1/4 cup shredded coconut (toasted if desired)

Juice of 2 limes

Lime slices and additional fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the dry white wine, coconut rum, and pineapple juice. Stir gently to mix.

Add the lime juice and the fresh pineapple chunks, strawberries, and blueberries to the mixture. Stir again to combine, allowing the fruits to blend in with the liquid.

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or up to 8 hours) to let the flavors meld together.

Before serving, add the soda water (or lemon-lime soda) to the sangria mixture for a bit of fizz. Gently stir to combine.

Serve the Pina Colada Sangria over ice in glasses, and garnish with lime slices and additional fresh fruit if desired. Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top for a tropical touch.
