2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup avocado, diced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp chili powder

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla strips or crushed tortilla chips for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: If not using pre-cooked chicken, season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili powder. Grill or pan-cook until cooked through, then shred or dice.

    Combine the Base Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and chopped cilantro. Toss gently to combine.

      Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and smoked paprika. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
