Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups frozen fries

1 cup shredded nacho cheese blend

4 large flour tortillas

½ cup sour cream

½ cup salsa

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Fries: Preheat your oven and cook the frozen fries according to the package instructions until they're crispy and golden. Set aside.

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the thinly sliced flank steak in the marinade and let it rest for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Cook the Steak: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated steak. Sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Burritos: On a large flour tortilla, layer a generous portion of crispy fries, followed by the cooked steak. Sprinkle a handful of shredded nacho cheese on top.

Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top to create a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

Heat the Burritos: In the same skillet, place the burritos seam-side down. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Cut the burritos in half and drizzle with sour cream and salsa. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro.
